Allyo is a people-to-people marketplace for everyday life. It helps you find someone nearby to help, teach, guide or simply spend time with — and lets you offer the things you're good at to others.
01Why we built Allyo
Most of the help we look for already exists around us: a neighbour who can fix a leaking tap, a senior who can do a mock interview with you, a student who teaches guitar on weekends, a runner happy to share a morning route, someone to explore a new city or chat with over tea. These people are hard to find, and it's hard to know whom to trust.
Allyo makes them easy to find, and makes it simple — and safe — for you to be one of them.
02One Member, one profile, many possibilities
There are no separate "customer" and "provider" accounts on Allyo. Every account is a Member. With the same profile you can:
- Offer something you're good at. We call it an Offering.
- Discover and request what other Members offer.
- Do both on the same day, from the same profile.
03How it works
- Discover — browse Home, search, or open the Nearby view to see Offerings around the area you choose.
- Request — send a booking request. The Member who offers it accepts or declines.
- Connect — once a request is accepted, chat inside Allyo.
04Privacy by design
- Other Members see your username, never your full name, email address, mobile number or date of birth. Your age in years may be shown next to your username.
- Your phone number is never shown to other Members — you talk in Allyo chat, which opens only after a booking request is accepted.
- Allyo chat opens only after a request is accepted, and you can block anyone at any time.
- Allyo never handles money. We never ask for card, bank or UPI details, and never move money between Members.
05Categories
Every Offering belongs to one category, so it's easy to find:

06A safe community
Every Offering is approved by the Allyo admin team before it appears in the app. When a Member creates an Offering it stays *Pending* — hidden from everyone else — until an admin approves it. If the Member later edits a live Offering, it goes back to *Pending* and is hidden again until it is re-approved. Members agree to our User guidelines, and anything that breaks them can be reported and removed.
