These standards apply to the Allyo app (on Google Play) and the Allyo website, run by Allyo Technologies. They cover every Member, profile, photo, Offering, request and chat message, and any contact that started on Allyo.
01Our commitment
- Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse and exploitation has no place on Allyo, in any form.
- We act at once. As soon as we learn of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or a child at risk, we remove the content, permanently ban the accounts involved and report it to the authorities.
- We work with the police. We keep the evidence the law requires and cooperate with law enforcement.
02Allyo is for adults only
- Everyone who joins must confirm they are 18 or older and give a date of birth that shows it. The app does not accept a date of birth under 18.
- If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
- No Offering may involve, be aimed at or be arranged for a child.
03What is never allowed
The following are banned on profiles, photos, Offerings, chat messages and links, and in any contact that started on Allyo:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any photo, video, drawing, AI-generated image or text that shows or sexualises a person under 18. This includes sharing it, asking for it, linking to it or offering it.
- Grooming — building trust with a child, or with their family, in order to abuse or exploit the child.
- Sexualising children in any way, including comments, "jokes" or role-play.
- Sextortion — threatening to share intimate images of a child, or pressuring a child to send them.
- Trafficking — offering, selling or arranging access to a child for any sexual purpose.
- Contacting or meeting a child through Allyo, or using Allyo to plan it.
- Helping or encouraging anyone else to do any of the above.
04How we keep Allyo safe
- Age check when you join — 18+ confirmation and date of birth.
- Every Offering is approved by the Allyo admin team before it appears in the app, and approved again after every change.
- Chat opens only after a booking request is accepted, and phone numbers are never shown to other Members.
- Exact locations are never shown — only an area name and a rounded distance.
- Block anyone, any time. Blocked Members can't send each other requests, chat or see each other's profiles.
- People review reports. Reports about child safety are always handled first.
05How to report a concern
If you see anything on Allyo that puts a child at risk, please tell us straight away. You don't need an Allyo account to report.
- Email support@allyoapp.com with the subject "Child safety". In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Child safety and tap the email address.
- Tell us the Member's username, the Offering title (if any), what you saw and when.
- Do not download, screenshot, forward or send the material itself — not even to us. Sharing child sexual abuse material is a crime. Tell us where it is and we'll find it.
- Block the Member from their profile (⋮ → Block Member) so they can't contact you.
06What we do when we receive a report
- Priority review. Child-safety reports go to the top of our queue and are reviewed by a person.
- Remove. We take down the content and any related Offerings.
- Ban. We permanently ban the accounts involved.
- Preserve evidence. We keep the records the law requires, so the police can investigate.
- Report to the authorities. We report it to the police or the Special Juvenile Police Unit, as the POCSO Act requires, and through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Where appropriate we also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Follow up. We tell the person who reported that we've acted, without sharing other people's private details.
07Laws we follow
Allyo complies with the child-safety laws that apply to it, including:
